The Group’s Maritime Services arm includes the following subsidiaries:

• Uni Ships and Management Limited
• Wealth Ocean Ship Management (Shanghai) Co., Ltd

Services provided by Maritime Services include:

• Shipping related brokerage services for chartering as well as sale and purchase of ships
• Commercial / technical management of ships

Maritime Services oversees the Group’s subsidiary Wealth Ocean Ship Management Shanghai Co., Ltd, a ship management company based in Shanghai. Wealth Ocean Ship Management Shanghai Co., Ltd provides ship management services to some of the Group’s ships as well as external clients. Having a ship management company allows us to better control the management of our ships thereby delivering better value to our ship charterers. At the same time, our ship management company is able to ensure better upkeep of our ships thus preserving the value of our ships.
