Maritime Asset Management

Maritime Asset Management ("MAM") has the expertise to (i) plan and develop investment structures, either as standalone special purpose vehicles or shipping funds, and (ii) manage such structures as asset manager. The Group may invest in such structures with stakes of 50% or less ownership.

Utilising our knowhow and network of shipping contacts, MAM also provide structured finance solutions to our clients, including arrangement of tax oriented lease solutions.

The services provided by MAM are as follows:

• Structuring of ship investment vehicles and investment management of ships under such vehicles;
• Management and administration of investment vehicles; and
• Finance arrangement solutions including arrangement of tax oriented lease.

MAM co-invests with our investment partners. By co-investing, the Group is able to enjoy investment returns and at the same time receive fees from administering and managing these investments.
